In honor of the new exhibit at the Castle Rock Museum on the early explorers in Douglas County opening in April, our monthly presentation on Thursday, April 12, 2018 will be by local historian, Kent Brandebery on the film “The Stephen Long Expedition”. Kent was the band director at Douglas County High School for many years and worked on the music for the film which we will be shown at the presentation. Refreshments will be served at 6:45pm with the presentation beginning at 7:00pm at the Philip S. Miller Library 100 S. Wilcox St. Castle Rock, CO 80104.
