Please join us on Thursday June 10, 2021 for a glimpse at history with SidLangsam’s own movie“Operation: Speed”.This great movie takes a look at allthe action at the Continental Divide Raceways here in Castle Rock back in the1960’s. CDR was a well-known racetrack for racers of all types. Sid Langsamwas the owner of CDR and made a short film about the race track.The presentationwill also feature a discussion by local author, Jim Hansmann about CDR and his2020 book“Racing at Altitude”.We encourage everyone to come and share theirstories of CDR also.Refreshments will be served at 6:45pm with thepresentation beginning at 7:00pm at the Philip S. Miller Library 100 S. Wilcox St.Castle Rock, CO 80104.
